Leslie Bellair

Leslie Bellair is a voice-over artist, stage actor, and certified speech-language pathologist. She narrated the PBS documentary CHINESE TEA: ELIXIR OF THE ORIENT and voiced Snowflake and Newsey Noel in the various animated ELF ON THE SHELF Christmas specials available on Netflix. She has lent her voice to 60+ audiobooks, a few performances of which received YALSA award nominations. Her professional musical theater work includes the roles of PETER PAN, MULAN, Christmas Eve in AVENUE Q, Eponine in LES MISERABLÉS, and Kathy Selden in SINGIN’ IN THE RAIN. Her stage work in Atlanta has been recognized with several Suzi Bass Award nominations and three wins. Leslie’s first professional appearance in Austin was a duet in fellow Equity member Natasha Drena’s Judy Garland tribute concert with the Austin Symphony Orchestra; she has also been fortunate to sing for events in Austin produced by the American Artists Project. Originally from Georgia, Leslie now resides in Austin with her husband and two children, and she is working toward fluency in American Sign Language.
